Building Budget PC

Hello guys,

What would you recommend for a budget PC that is good just for normal day use like ms office, surfing net video etc. Not playing game with it so was thinking if it could fit within $400 dollars. No need for monitor keyboard mouse

Processor wise i am also lost between G3258 or low entry i5
