MB+CPU - i5-6400 is one generation earlier. Since you are building a new rig, might as well go for Kaby Lake. AMD Ryzen is looking better at the moment but the lower tier CPUs are not out yet.

GPU - suggest you go for a cheaper brand like Zotac or Palit and bump up to GTX 1060.

HDD - suggest 1 TB minimum. Difference in cost is not much.

PSU - nope. Don't skimp on PSU. Suggest Superflower and at least 500W.

Windows 10 - can get it off Reddit for much cheaper.

get all ur parts online.

i just build a PC about 900+ to 1k

i5 6500 with gtx 1060 Amp edition
the rest of the parts similiar to yours and with 24inch dell monitor.

just have to make sure you wait for the right time to get all the coupons from Qoo10/lazada

With the correct discount during sales, can be quite a lot cheaper. Buy and then go collect when you go buy the remaining stuff like psu, mobo, processor. One shot collect all and go home enjoy building your new toy.
