Building my first rig

After looking through my budget and all advice here, i have more or less finalized the parts for my rig.

I don't intend to overclock or SLI.
Will mainly be playing AAA games like witcher 3 etc and a heavily modded skyrim.

Motherboard - ASUS H110m-A M.2 D4
Processor - i5 6500
RAM - Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-2400 CL15 1.2V DIMM (Black)
GPU - Palit GTX 1070 8GB Twin Fan (5 years warranty)
PSU - Superflower Leadex Silver 90+ Full Modular 550W
SSD - Samsung SSD 850 EVO Internal Hard Drive 250GB
Case - Corsair SPEC-02
Monitor - Dell S2316H
Keyboard - Logitech K100 ps/2
mouse - some freebie asus usb mouse

I know there are cheaper ram alternatives out there, but i chose this one because it still looks quite good and also because i plan to use a lazada code to shave of $20.

Also, gtx 1070 is probably overkill for 1080p gaming but i want this rig to last at least 3 to 5 years.

For the MOBO, should i switch to the cheaper gigabyte variant of it? Someone told me to stick to the ASUS one i've chosen because of M.2 support but the SSD i'm using isn't M.2 anyway. FWIW, the gigabyte H110m is $10 cheaper.

Is the superflower leadex silver PSU i've chosen reliable? I couldn't find it on PSU tier lists online. Was initially going for a seasonic M12ii 520w PSU, but after much dissuading here, i decided to drop it.

For the monitor, anybody can recommend me a 1080p ips monitor that is either $155 if buying from SLS or $175 if buying from Lazada? There is a Dell S2316H is priced at $175 on Lazada but is currently out of stock.

Next monitor can consider get LG 24" no it or during it show.

Usual maybe 170 or so.

Also, note that your mobo can only support up to 2133mhz. So the ram can only utilise up till there. Getting a value ram will be cheaper by $10 for both.

Also, if u need Wi-Fi u need to buy a separate adapter.

250gb should be sufficient because i don't play too many games. Currently on my laptop i've only used up 78gb of memory including the OS.

Yea i know that value ram is cheaper but it looks kinda ugly. Since this one still can fit my budget i thought why not lor.

As for wifi, i plan to use an ethernet cable to connect this PC to a data point in my house.

as far as it goes, seems like a pretty solid build. Might be missing operating system, you might have separate plans for this.

You might want to consider some case fans (if the sizing of case allows). This is extremely useful to circulate air in and out of the case, because the twin fan 1070 might not be that efficient in regulating heat.

Well the corsair spec-02 case has 2 fans, will that be sufficient? Corsair themselves even claimed on their website that the intake fan is "oriented to draw cool air directly across your graphics cards". Not sure how true is this though as this is my first build but thanks for your advice anyway, i'll try to see if i can fit one more case fan in if my budget permits.

Well, my friend told me that you can just reuse codes by creating another account, is it still doable now or will lazada detect this?

Also, i do know that the codes have a $20 cap and i know of 2 separate 15% discount codes. With the bank code you mentioned in your post, that would be 3 separate 15% discount codes capped at $20, so i would have to reuse on of these codes once, how likely will lazada detect me for reusing codes?

Edit: How does lazada detect if i am an new or existing customer? Is it account based or does lazada actually keep track of how many times my credit card has been used?
