Building new Multi Purpose Rig

Need some recommendation from bros here to build a Multi-Purpose PC.
Won't be OCing.
Use for mid end gaming (FIFA, NBA, Diablo3 and others), video editing and some Photoshop.
Trying to future proof for at least 3 years down the road (or support any game for 2 years from now).

Most Important, I want it to be minimum noise, not necessarily silent.

Budget 2k (CPU + Windows 8)

CPU + Mobo: ???
RAM: 16GB DDR3-1600 (I do a lot of multi-tasking)
GPU: GTX770 4GB (go lower to 760 or higher to 780?)
SSD: 256GB SSD
HDD: Consider taking from old PC or get new one if budget allows
PSU: ??
ODD: DVD-RW + Blu-ray
Casing: Fractal Design R4 or Corsair Carbide 330R

4GB of RAM for gfx a bit over-kill imo.. Unless you're on multiple monitors..

With your budget, you can consider OC build also.. Cause most prob in future, the games might consume quite a significant amount and cpu power and with OC, your PC still can handle..
