Building new pc

Hi all,

Am building a new PC x1 for office
Usage is for normal office work

Budget less than 1500
Must include
- perpetual license for Microsoft office
- Windows system
- monitor / keyboard & mouse
- Hopefully SSD for faster operation if within budget

Or would at this price point, a ready built PC be better ?
