There is 2 types of water cooling.

Custom water cooling & standard all in one water cooling.

So which one you refering to? Custom can cost a good $600-700 on just cooling just the processor. For processor and graphics card could easily hit $1.2k-the sky is the limit.

Standard aio water cooling is meant for processor. Can go as cheap as $95-$250.

Btw bro you mean 1k for the whole build or only for wcing?

If going aio, might not be rough if you going to oc. But if not going to oc but wants it for design should be doable.
