Bullet train station locker usage

Hi All, I'm planning to try out the lockers at Shin Yokohama to store big luggages. The locker usage seems straightforward but just to check if anyone use the lockers before, how's the experience and things to take note?

If there's any issue with the locker, where can I find help? Or is it better to store luggages with the manned storage service office?

Is it better to use luggage forwarding service from Yamato if I have 3 or more big luggages?

If storing overnight, I prefer those manned storage if the opening hours are suitable.

Luggage forwarding works if you can receive it at the next accommodation within your preferred timeframe, cos sometimes need 2 days depending on origin and destination city.

used the luggage storage in the stations multiple times. super easy to use, with instructions in English. don't lose the slip they print out after storing the luggage, you need to scan the QR code to open the storage door.
