Button phones question (Nokia)

I have some questions about following Nokia button/keypad phones.
All of them support 4G and VoLTE according to specs on the box or online sources.
None of them support wi-fi nor wi-fi hotspot.

I wish to receive feedback from people who have used the above Nokia button/keypad phones.

1) Which of the above can work with Starhub prepaid SIM card and VoLTE working?
I'm asking because I heard of some phones having VoLTE function, but VoLTE cannot work (even after enabling in the phone settings) because of SIM card or telco issue.

2) When connect to a laptop by USB cable, which of the above can function as cellular modem? Can tether over USB cable connection? Can surf Internet on laptop using the phone's data plan?

3) Do any of the above support tethering over bluetooth? Internet connection sharing over bluetooth?

Some neighborhood shops may allow you to test for operation.


The y2k 4g senior flip phone should support volte on Starhub and does support cellular via USB to PC.

I bought and tried a Nokia 8210 4G.
1) Starhub prepaid SIM works with VoLTE (in Singapore). But when in Malaysia, the VoLTE doesn't work. Dunno why like this.
2) Cannot function as cellular modem when connect by USB to PC.
3) No tethering / internet connection sharing over bluetooth.

I was overall disappointed with Nokia 8210 4G.

Theres no real incentive to have volte in Malaysia as they still have 2g for voice calls
