If I were to purchase an iPhone 6S from Apple US Store http://www.apple.com/shop/buy-iphone/iphone6s/4.7-inch-display-64gb-gold-att

1) Can the phone be used in Singapore using Singapore sim card?
1.1) If yes, there is a Carrier option e.g. (at&t, Sprint, tmobile etc.) from the US Store, may I know which 1 should I choose?
1.2) Does it require any "unlock" feature?

2) Is there any other thing which I need to take note from buying iPhone from US Store?
2.1) Understand that the adapter is US kind of plug, can I use back my existing iPhone 5S adapter and cable?

I suggest to just wait out in sg instead..buying from u.s has a lot if issues..can be due to power supply, warranty and higher cost

If unlocked, then yes.

Based on iPhone 6 time, T-mobile sells unlocked ones if unit is paid in full. You will have to check with Apple/telco foriPhone 6S, give them a call.

As PetPet said, warranty is a challenge as iPhone, based on the warranty T&C, has country-of-purchase warranty.

2) Warranty now is INTERNATIONAL for the purchase iPhone 6s/6s+ from US, unlike previous iPhone 6/6plus sales. I confirm this from the Apple Sales Rep just 1 hour ago in the physical US apple store.

Also if you buy Applecare+ and sell your iPhone before remaining Applecare+ warranty expires, Apple will refund you the unused warranty. This initiative started just 1.5 months ago
2.1) Just need to buy an adaptor for less than S$5-10 from any electrical store/ntuc/challenger.

Purchase from the online US Apple Store takes at least 3-4 weeks when stock is available. If you have friends in US, can ask them to log on daily at 8am (US Time) to check for availability. If available, your friend can pick it up the physical Apple Store on the same day in that city. I am going to login to apple.com to reserve my rose gold iPhone 6s+ tomorrow and collect on the same day. Hope this helps!
