Hi,

Wanting to actually get the iPhone SE from the US instead as its US$399/US$499 for the 16GB and 64GB respectively which may be some kind of savings after conversion.

But realised that there is no Band 7 supported for LTE or 4G in SG. How likely will the band 7 affect using the iPhone in SG?

Thanks.

There's Ezbuy (formerly known as 65daigou), Vpost and etc to help ship it from US to SG.

The savings isn't worth it imo. 499USD (provided you ship to a state without tax like portland) is around 700 (the rate i got recently when i use the bank conversion rate, 1.4). Then you still have shipping fees (previously used CGW around 30-40). Then how about GST too?

If you browse around carousell hard enough can probably find people who are selling their recontract sets for around 760 give or take a little? Why go through all those hoops for a phone that doesn't support band 7 and doesn't have local warranty?

Yea agreed, TS you're not paying $70 but $700 with a lot of negative points. Not trying to be a wet blanket, but better be safe than sorry
