But im assuming if budget allows, 7800x3D will be the better option?

Edit - Yes I'm playing at 1440p
unless ur playing games that can benefit from 3d vcache (go search yt for benchmarks between the 7800x3d and 7500f/7600 at 1440p), the 7500f will provide largely the same user experience as the 7800x3d, or at least close enough to merit the $300-400 saving. dont bother with the 7600x, its at most 5% faster since its basically a 7500f with igpu and slightly increased clocks.
