Any reputable service providers other than CGW?

Very disappointed with CGW. Unable to place a order after 3days.

Explicit and clear instructions given. Yet buying agent dont bother to follow.

Turnaround time for them to buy is about 20hr and to update they have failed to buy ur item. Had to wait for another 20hrs+ to reorder for you

Customer service via chat is paying lip service to say they are working on it.

This is many days b4 BF. I doubt they can cope with the actual BF load. So sourcing for other alternatives.
