Buying a CPU this week

I am wondering can i buy a CPU with a budget of 1.5k

I am looking to use it for gaming. Just want a decent computer to play higher graphics game like GTA 5 and Ark.

I am really lousy at computer component.

Any recommendation of the parts in full?

Just the cpu.
