Buying Allen Edmonds online

Hi,

I placed an order with Allen Edmonds online. However, they do not seem to accept international credit cards as there is no option to select international billing address. How do you guys buy your AE shoes?

Amazon. Or ask a third party forwarder to pay on your behalf. They will charge an admin fee.
