Buying budget gaming pc

Heya as title states, kinda need a new rig as my laptop is getting unresponsive.
I kinda want a comp that can play not so graphic intensive like league of legends,maplestory while being able to stream or run multiple emulators like nox.

Note that i wouldnt want to build it myself as i know nothing about it and would preper buying off boutique pc makers. Budget can be like 1.5 to 1.6k but can be more if really needed, thanks in advance for the help.

EDIT: i looked at Mansa R series and change the Cpu to 1060 6gb. Would it be a good value? Also thinking about 8 to 16gb ram but im not sure that is really needed.

Would recommend you to try PCKaki instead, can save a lot than Mansa

Theres a few setup w similar/identical pricing so im not sure of which. As i memtioned earlier its about 1.5k to 1.6k ish budget.

Looking at the 1.1k and 1.2k ones and add on from there..
