buying e books other than amazon

the issue of having to use vpn and gift card for amazon e books.
am I right to say we can buy e books from e books website and download to kindle. so no need to use vpn and issues related to amazon

Nothing related to VPN.
Just get the kind version then put it into the folder of your kindle.
