Buying EVGA GPU from Amazon

I wanna buy this Amazon.com: EVGA GeForce GTX780 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 3GB GDDR5 384bit, DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI,DP, SLI Ready (03G-P4-2784-KR): Computers & Accessories from amazon but it says "Shipping: Currently, item can be shipped only within the U.S"

May I know is there any ways I can buy it ?

I searched about vpost but there are mix feedbacks for their service.
Any recommendations? From what I researched, SG doesn't seems to have local distro for high end EVGA gpus.

I don't need hydro copper, not gonna OC that much myself lol. I prefer factory OC. Why this version can be shipped overseas but the superclocked cant

Well recently, Amazon came up with free shipping on orders above 125USD to India and Singapore.
This program is under Amazon Global Eligible shipping products only.

The card i mentioned is under this, however the one you wanted is not. hence so.

I actually got a gigabyte 550.more worth.

Both cards are of different calibre, not point taking a apple and comparing to an orange, though bottom of line both are fruits.
