Just use freight forwarder such as comgateway, borderlinx or vpost; be prepared to pay GST. Their Y410p deal is attractive.

I'm looking to get it from Lenovo too, just concerned whether the plugs are US or UK.

If you get from lenovo us obviously you get US plugs.
But lenovo dont seem to accept sg based cc, even amex. So must use bfm service. Even with the service charge and even gst it's still a lot cheaper than sg.

So I guess we have to buy a separate slim power adaptor from Sim Lim then (prefer lesser hassle). Still wishing we had a choice of adapters.

Just buy the right cable locally. It has to be an IEC 60320 C5 plug.

Make sure the Yoga that you are buying has International warranty.
For the adapter part likely that you'll need a US to UK adapter, voltages shouldn't matter as mos power adapter now are 100-240v, but you should double check.

Is it worth it to buy from overseas, the difference has to be more than 100. U can top up to local warranty for Lenovo laptops.

Try and look for barnes and noble lenovo store furthur discounts. AND if i remember correctly you can checkout with Amazon for those with issues buying using singapore cards...

They are US plugs.

From my experience, US voltages shd b usable here, but not the other way round. I prefer the smaller 2pin plug anyway
