Hi have a need for daily use Laptop.
No game, just office use like Browser, word, excel, google sheet etc. most of the time.
Once in a while Adobe Photoshop to do touch up images.

1) My friend can buy and send as a gift using international shipping. So is this charged GST ? Where should I pay GST if send by Amzon International Delivery?
2) If local purchase (he is coming back to Singaporeso he can buy and bring it) Does he need to pay Any Tax in USA? Can we claim back the Tax in USA like GST refund?
