Not sure if this is the correct place to post this thread, but I'm thinking of buying a budget GPU. I have around $250, what's the best I can get for this value?

My specs:
Mobo: GA-B75M-D3V
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
GPU (Current): ATI Radeon HD 5450
PSU: 420W (have old spare 550w)

Btw, just curious since I notice you currently use 5450. Do you use it for light gaming or accelerate HD media playback/encoding?

Yeah, I use it for stuff like d2 and other games. It started overheating recently and not displaying things properly, that's why I'm considering getting a new gpu.
