My suggestions:
- Get a motherboard that has built-in WIFI
- What is it going to be used for? Gaming? Maybe consider a 1070 if your budget allows
- Windows can just get online...much much much much cheaper than from the shops (site rhymes with Penguin)

PSU is overkill. change to superflower
Just get normal ram will do.
Sata ssd would be cheaper
Avoid seagate becausue its made in China. can consider toshiba (philippines)

Overall will be spending less

Hi guys sorry as I am really new to building pcs.

I checked the mother board it says
http://www.gigabyte.sg/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5486#ov

But i check this model (the GA-Z170N-Gaming 5 from gigabyte) has a inbuilt wifi which i need and would it be recommanded to get this over the one above?

http://www.gigabyte.sg/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5529&dl=#ov

normally mobo with d3 sign means it uses old ddr3
for those who cross over from previous generation system to save some cost.
so to play safe, just get those without D3 in the title.

You can go to each manufacturer's page and tick 'wi fi' and 'socket 1151' to see what choices are available.
For convenience, here are some options:

MSI Z170A TOMAHAWK AC
ASUS Z170-DELUXE
ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO ALPHA

The boards with inbuilt wifi not cheap eh.

You shouldn't mislead people like this. For gigabyte, if it's using DDR3, it will state right on the box. Doesn't mean there is a "D3" it will be using DDR3. D3 mobos are using DDR4.

And he even link the site to you, you don't even bother to click to read and anyhow reply.

Seriously?

Lol Gigabyte has been using D3H as part of their lineup model for years already. And they are using DDR3 moniker to differentiate motherboard models using DDR3 RAMs. ASUS and ASRock using D3.

Either way, please get DDR4 since it is new and yet cheaper than outgoing DDR3 at the moment LOL.

650W will be ideal for any single chip GPU now. Even ready for any higher end cards to come in the future. But GTX 1060 can even use 400W PSU.

Most of the time ATX motherboard with in built WiFi is more exp than getting a separate WiFi card and motherboard.
