is it possible to get

Keyboard+Mouse at least good for gaming
DVD Writer
CPU Cooler

Budget around 300.

difficult.... cause FHD monitor around $200 already... KB mouse around + $80 (assuming you ge razor mouse).

emm... not so fancy about gaming keyboard or mouse... just normal keyboard do for gaming atleast good for me... cause gaming skill is parmanent not affected by keyboard...

Buy more case fans and set your case fans in a negative case pressure configuration for maximum cooling. (ie. fan output>input)

Do note that a negative case pressure configuration is a surefire way to get more dust into your case and you will also have to do area cleaning more often.

Up to you, it is completely optional. Case fans will help you to cool your entire system if set up correctly though.
