I disagree,.. if your looking for the absolute cheapest stuff then yes stay away from Carousell.
BUT if your looking for decent mid to high end stuff Carousell isn't a bad place to shop and save a reasonable amount. The key is you need to know the product your looking to buy well then people wont be able to scam you. I've bought lots of stuff for family members from Monitors to GPU's from Carousell and they have all been fine.
