Buying PC parts from AMAZON

Hi guys,

When you all build a rig, do you still get the parts from Amazon?
I did a simple comparison:

1) Amazon Samsung EVO 1TB SSD 307sgd vs TradePac 415SGD
2) Amazon Corsair 16gb DDR4 LPX 3000Mhz 254SGD vs Tradepac 278SGD

Only CPU and motherboard combo Amazon price seems to be slightly more expensive.

Only my MB and Sandisk SSD are from Amazon, rest all local. Amazon used to be cheaper but local has gotten a lot more competitive, especially with the rebates/discounts on Qoo10 and Lazada.

Amazon can save but you need to factor shipping and warranty. If only save less than $30 for each item maybe not that worth it.

Something like that, but I don't consider it a warranty but a sales policy. The duration is for return/refund. Product warranty is really covered by manufacturer, not retailer.

That said, sometimes heng sway, some CSOs might be a bit more flexible and help settle stuff beyond the 30 days but it's not a given.
