Buying phones without operators' apps

I have m1 n starhub lines. If I go to private shops to recontract, will I still get the crappy apps from telco?

What if I buy nexus or google phones? Do they have such apps? Can do recontract in the first place?

a simple uninstall will do the trick on most android phones...

for iphone, if its not clean of operator apps, just wipe it and restore it to apple's stock iOS ROM again.

I know the telco do bundle app. But what is the purpose, like say, data monitoring or what such that you die die must uninstall?

actually I am using m1 sim card on starhub phone now.
in any case I will buy a phone from m1 next time.
or if not just buy nexus.
