Buying Retail bonds

Hi all, i am thinking to get capital mall callable bonds that are introduced in the 2012 on the open market.
I just got 11 lots of capital mall bonds 2014 and have some spare cash. Do you guys think its a good idea considering the interest rate is going to increase and the bonds will be callable from starting of 2017?

ps. Quite a risk averse person so considering...
