Buying Singtel mobile plan from friend

My friend going back her country and wan sell her mobile plan to me. How much is worth to buy?
18 months remaining , each month she paid 3gb price, she take back her phone ,6s 16gb
She don wan terminate contract because need to pay 900$ termination penalty cost .
Can advice ?!

$900 penalty (i believe this take into account the type of phone & plan)

what is 3gb plan? COmbo 3? That is $62.90 per month + $5bucks for caller-id

To pay for that account over 18 months = $67.9*18 = $1222.20
No caller id = $1132.20

So if u need the plan, your friend should be paying you $$ to take over her plan, to subsidize the cost of the plan over 18 months.

Why do you still need to buy over the plan?! Furthermore, your friend is taking the phone!!!!

You have usage for the line? If not then there is no reason for you to transfer it over. If you have a need for a new line, take into consideration that when you sign new, you get to purchase a phone and then sell it. You still cut down your cost than simply take over the line.

Sign up for mysim plans even more wuhua than your friend's plans. Mysim minimum one month contract only

Wait I'm confused, is she paying you to take over or you are paying her?

Since you taking over means she doesn't need to pay the penalty fee, shouldn't she be paying you a nominal amount so you will continue the plan?

If you paying her then ask yourself why are you paying money to help some not pay money?

Purely platonic? Either she pays you, gives you the phone or you just get your own line.

your friend cannot sell the plan to you since she have the subsidize unit.

the effective monthly rate is almost 40% of then monthly plan.

i suggest dont get it. it is messy

plus all the spam you will get on her old number.

if u indeed want to buy her plan, I think she must pay you for the 18months.

e.g. Combo 2 is $42 a month. due to subsidize unit. effective is around $15 to $20.
so your friend should pay you at least 18*22

better get the sim only plan.

3GB = $32.10.

Since you doing her a favour, knock off 20% = $26/mth.

Offer that to her. No reason for you to fully cover her monthly payment.

iPhone price - the amount she paid when signing the line to get the phone eg. $650 = the amount she should at least give you.

sims only card - singtel.

$20 for 3GB
+$5 for 200mins talktime
+$5 for 500sms.

You can judge from there.

Even after factoring the 600 that she is paying you, it is still bohua with today's respective carriers' sim only plans.

you should only be paying $15 x 18months. any excess of that, you should charge her
