Pay by bank transfer. Last time i bought stuff from qisahn they damn on. So fast say payment received and stuff. Thought nextcomonline also gt good service. apparently not ah.

Amazon delivery usually 9-12 days. But they got the tracker so you know where the stuff is instead of just wondering. Amazon does pay for shipping if the item is DOA but for RMA, it depends on the vendor. For EVGA, they got international warranty so I can just go to the local distributor for EVGA stuff to RMA.

Oh, now EVGA from Amazon.com sounds quite tempting...

Called them. They told me delivery either by tonight or tmr. I dont know what the still waiting for payment thing is about. I'm just gonna assume they never update. Also, apparently I shouldn't count weekends as a working day even if their website says they are open on weekends huh.

Oh well matter resolved.

Actually go to their shop in SLS they got carry stocks to sell to walk-in customers or not? Or they assume must pre-order online then go there collect only?

Is the price same for walk-in customers as shown on their web site?

Their SLS outlet isn't huge, you better ask them first what you're interested in so they can source it for you.

They carry the more popular items. You definitely can get a system set-up there.

Parts wise, in all honesty, when a particular item is OOS, chances are the whole SLS is either OOS as well or one or two shops are intentionally holding on to the remaining pieces.

SLS is not that big.

Indeed.

If I don't recall wrongly, only VP and mynextcom are the only retailers offering some sort of delivery service.

The other shops charge SRP and don't offer delivery, maybe unless you are a corporate customer.

Just want to add on to mynextcom. Had a really positive experience with them this week. Ordered a lian li case from them. Case was delivered to my side with a defect of the side panel inside the sealed box. No questions asked exchange when i showed them the defect. Helped to liase with distro and stuff and i only had to go down to exchange the faulty side panel.

Thumbs up for their good service!

Thats really assuming he bothers about your order even if you call + sms + go down all of which i did and still no response beyond verbal promise...

In all honesty you can see his prices arent fantastic

There's always fellow forumer t258jgn who provides delivery for a fee too. Prices quite comparable with most sls stores.
