C++ Help needed for academic assignment

This is object orientated C++ Programming.
I have an assignment and I need help on understanding the question and coding. However, due to policy issues, I am not able to post the question out here and can only PM you friendly guys who are willing to help me

Basically, I learnt how to code with class diagrams, but in the practical real working world, there is no such thing as class diagrams which is what my assignment is about. All the questions in this assignment are in words and i do not know which are suppose to be constructors, arguments etc. which frustrates me as I cannot start coding, thus, i need help from you experts on deciphering the question and guide me along, not solving the question for me.

Hi , c++ is one of the hardest to master, since it's required to do everything.
In real world , you'll usually use libraries like QT or boost to make your life easier.
