Your unit will recommend you for both class 3 & 4 driving licence once you are 21 year old & have been driving military vehicle for 7,000km when you are near to ORD.

However you ask so much also no used because nobody know how the system work & you may not post to be a driver after your BMT.

Driver indeed need to stay in unless you got some excuse staying in, yr driving course for CL3 and 4 is a package. Even though u dont want to take CL3 u still have to take.

why you got such high desire to be a driver? Having a class 3 license or having ANY kind of license doesn't mean you will become driver in the first place

tyjtht: By right, you cannot become a driver because you needs to have L3 for your pes status. So please up pes from L9 to L3 to increase your chance to become driver by vocation. However by left, ... I don't think I needs to write in words.

2) Even if you are a SAF driver driving Class 4 military vehicle using SAF driving permit, any demerit points from TP or suspend driving from court, it will have the same penalties for your current civilian Class 3 driving licence.

Nobody can give you an answer if driver or other vocation can stay out because it depend on your unit.
