Cab from airport

Hi, i would like to seek help from the experts in bkk that frequent and took the cab there.

I would like to check if anyone roughly know the price from suvarnabhumi airport to pratunam area? I am trying to compare to Klook airport transfer. If klook is cheaper i will book the service with them as the reviews are good too. Thanks in advance.

About 400+ range ...
checked klook doesnt seems cheap, about 28 ...
they do limit the number of luggages ...


Standard Car (Toyota Camry): 3 Passengers + 3 Pieces of standard luggage @ $28.29
Standard MPV (Toyota Fortuner): 4 Passengers + 4 Pieces of standard luggage @ $41
Standard Van (Toyota Commuter): 10 Passengers + 5 Pieces of standard luggage @ $43.15

Standard luggage size is 24". Luggage over 28" will be considered 2 pieces

can consider taking the airport rail to Ratchaprarop station and you will reach Pratunam already.

can consider taking the airport rail to Ratchaprarop station and you will reach Pratunam already.

Only good if u r going solo trip, or friends who dont mind taking the airport rail.
If going with family , normally would take cab or grab ...

cab fare turns out to be 500+
super bad jam, took about an hour to reach ...
normally would prefer to land at suvarnabhumi international airport

If fixed then you get chopped. If only one toll, then not possible to be 100 also.

You can reach at night or morning or noon, just don't get chop loh.

Taken before from suvarnabhumi airport to huai kwang ...
meter is about 250+b ...
not much jam, quite smooth ...

I took from DMK Airport to Chong Nonsi.

I book from DMK airport taxi counter charge $800 and need pay $100 pass thru security gate city.

I feel kena chop carrot and scare kena murder there since already pay...

1van will cost around 1200baht

Sounds like what you took was the limousine taxi service. They charge fixed rate for 'luxurious' car instead of normal metered taxi.

The real metered taxi stand is straight past these limousine taxi counters, right at the end of the terminal where people queue to wait for taxi. There is a counter there with a staff who gives you a coupon for a taxi but she doesn't take payment from you. Its paid direct to taxi driver. Last time I took to Siam at 1 am was about 400 baht.

I dont think you have any basis for a real complaint to tourism board.

some of them charge 700b for toyota innova ...
the bigger cab ... quite worth ...

If 7 person, you can split into 2 cab or take a van ...
why not email them to get a quotation ...

Yeah agreed. Think you too the wrong one hence the price. You paying for premium lo.

Next time know where to take can liao. Won't get carrot.

Actually rail is still faster as there's no jam. Bangkok traffic is super jam one.

Time taken for rail to reach destination definitely faster. Price per trip also much much cheaper.

If family OK, it's still wiser to take rail.

Thanks. From my research , most vans will cost about 1200baht. Grabvan might be cheaper but also depending on whether got surge anot.

Klook have a promo at $42.89 (around 1000baht) , so still considering.

Will discuss with my family... thanks for the advices bro.
