
You have to do it on your mac and push it out to iCloud which sync with your iOS devices. See link for more info.
Steps:
1. open iCal on mac
2. click on "Calendars" (top left) to reveal lists of calendars. Remember to sign in to your iCloud account.
3. right click "Holidays in Singapore" -> and select delete.

Could be related to a bug in iOS7, some reported success in removing subscribed calendar while others are unsuccessful.
