I remember my xiaomi or redmi phone is able to auto record incoming call but now I don't find this function anymore anyone know how it can be done again

Your phone is global or china rom? Auto call recording was remove from global rom after xiaomi switched to using google dialer app as default.

Google dialer can record call but will announce call recorded message to the other party.
