Squats nil
Bench press 70x5x5
Dl 110x1x5

Tried warming up squats with 60kg, ******* pain. Did 2 sets of 5, decided to abort.
Butt itchy went to try again after deadlift, end up aborting again.

Damn sian, 19 now, paying 2.50 for clubfitt now.

Changing the way I squat to accommodate the pain until I can afford to see aldrin.

Squats 100x5x5 90x1x5 80x1x5
Bench press 72.5 5,5,5,5,4
Rows 50x5x5

Surprisingly the pain was very much minimized today. Looking to squat back at 120 soon!

take it slow man, hopefully it subsides even more. tomorrow morning you will know if it's good ache or bad ache

Clubfitt down for reno till Thursday. Have to go gymboxx. Every time clubfitt close, gymboxx sure full.

Fell sick over the weekend. Fml.

Squats 110x5x5
Bench press 72.5 5,5,5,4,4 won't be passing the 5th rep without spotter, no count.
Pull up and some db row. No bar for rowing..

Not sure if the Aircon is bloody cold after repairing or is it just me. Damn bloody cold. Damn sian, working over the weekend in sitex, unable to gym till next week.

On a brighter note, 3 weeks of holidays and awaiting pay to come in to buy my roller.
