Calls from overseas

I am on M1 iPhone Value Plan. I wonder if I would be charged for anything if I accept any calls that are from overseas in Singapore.
For example, I am using Viber/WeChat to confirm my number. They need to call me to tell me the code. Will I be charged if I answer the calls?
Another example is that if my relatives from Malaysia (for example) calls me, will I be charged too?
Take it as I am in Singapore.

If ur phone plan has free incoming and u receive calls while on local network, it does not matter who calls you. It's free.

I see... thanks! But I came across messages that says someone who calls you can change you a few hundred dollars and can steal our data.
