For those who are trying to get the app

1. Go to Settings -> iTunes & App store -> Click on your Apple ID
2. Select View Apple ID
3. Select Country/Region and choose United States.
4. Now, you should be able to download Apple Store app via App Store
5. Open the app and go to store, at the bottom you should see the free app offer
6. Click on the offer, App store opens and you should see a redemption code
7. Copy the code
8. Switch back to Singapore region as per step 1,2,3.
9. Redeem the code and download the app as per normal

Hi, I followed step 1 to 6 and saw the Redeem button on top right corner. Press that n it installed on my iPhone 6. Never do step 7-9 already. Is it ok?

Its ok. Just that the app is under ur US purchased. Next time when u need to re-download will have to switch back to US.

The app provides camera control, including fixed focus, exposure, ISO control, shutter speed, etc.

It's a great app for some, for others, the normal camera app is good enough for point and shoot function

Payment just put none. Address can enter anything. Just ensure the value matches their validation criteria.

I didn't notice it needs iOS8.1

When it prompts that it needs iOS8.1, i went to update the software..when i attempt to download, it says the code has already been redeemed..

So do i need to create another apple if to download tis camera+ app?

thanks for the tips, guys! managed to install it. for those who cant get past the payment page, just get a random zipcode from the state u selected. i did that.
