Camera pros please teach me!

Hi guys, i am using a Canon Powershot S110. Will be bringing my gf to this restaurant where they serve Baked Alaska. Refer to photo.

May i know how should i set my camera so i can capture photos such as the picture here?? Please advise as i really want to capture the memory of us having this dessert.

Your camera can do the job no problem. Best to shoot without flash with high ISO.

@Bak_Chor_Mee As long as you properly expose for the dessert, it shouldn't be a problem.
Set it to apature priority if you are not familiar with Manual mode, or simply just use auto

Or you can try take sample shots of the cups around for optimum exposure. Then you switch your cam for multi shots/clicks when you press the shutter. Then from there you choose the best among the photos.
