Can adjust brightness while taking video?

If taking pictures can tap and adjust the brightness by sliding up and down.

But taking video can? Tap got show the sun logo but slide up and down like no effect

Paiseh. Just tried again. It works to a certain max brightness only. Like more than 60% of brightness to max brightness no difference.

Slide down to darken got more difference

no use one the brightness, if u realised, the photo camera lets much more light in than the video cam. try taking in a dark room facing a lighted area. Why they can't standardize the aperture size for both video and photo? -.-

The iPhone keeps the shutter open longer in low light in photo mode to capture more light, therefore it is brighter(more light enters the sensor).

In video mode it cannot do this because it's a video at a fixed FPS(30/60), it's worse in slow-mo(120/240FPS).
