Whoa this I don't know or lazy to go dig the source.

But you can replicate it from your side.

Use default light theme. Install Chrome's Dark Reader extension. Under Filter, set Dark Mode; Brightness +30; Contrast +5; Sepia off; Grayscale off. Under More, set to Dynamic.
