Yes, it can be done. However since both of you have ORD, unit will press down the issue to nothing cause every troublesome to recall NSmen when things happen during their active (NSF) time cause now different units (NSmen units) & etc.

You must have supporting documents to even consider to start the 'real' investigation at this point of time!

Cause i was under impression that u get nsman unit after 6 months.

And furthermore he knows its wrong as well for he lies to hr which was found out by them before but not reported. And he tries to avoid being seen booking late in camp by making one big detour to his place.

Im pretty sure the camp pass will also track the timing u scan in right? Funny how the superiors dont care but others have to deal with his laziness and cover for him. Clearly not fair to us.

For me, I already know my NS unit when I sign my ORD clearance & etc.

There are always a reason why HR never press charges to him & very clear cut they are covering up for him. It this case, it is even harder for you to get witness and evidence to even charge him.

I'm curious why you wanna report to your superiors instead of letting him get caught red handed. He's coming in late and going AWOL on his cognizance.

There are better ways of doing it without you reporting it. Both of you ORD already or haven't?

If not, what you can do is create a trap, something simple, for example, if this guy is already coming late, then that means he's shirking on his responsibilites, maybe a missing signature here, not turning up for guard duty, etc. Find something that will make a superior officer call him and to report immediately to him. If he's not around to answer the officer, or if he answers but takes a long time to report, then he's in trouble already. And he's non the wiser that you started it.

Don't put your name on anything unnecessarily.
