maybe new citizens lor.
Unless there is a rule saying new citizens cannot vote until they are 10 years in the country, this will be the "cheat code".
Just keep allowing new citizens to come in, they will 80%-99% chance vote for you so that they can bring their whole village over.
Moreover, these new citizens majority comes from countries where their political landscape is worse than us, their home country is worse than us. So if they compare that way, high chance vote incumbent mah.
For them, nothing to lose. One day if SG collapse, they pack their barang barang, go back to where they come from.
