both are swearing content why....

one can become label as "Inappropriate Comment"

but another label as "Posting Lewd / Indecent / Pornographic Comment"

?

Obviously it depends on the content of the comment. It is also up to interpretation and discretion of the Moderator giving the Warning.

Ultimately the objective of any Warning is the same, it is to inform the user that such comment or behavior is unacceptable and subjected to disciplinary action.
