Can i achieve FIRE in 5 years time ?

Background:

  • 30M. BBFA single
  • wants to FIRE by 35. Tired of the corporate world
Annual income:
  • 700-850k p.a. base + bonus + RSU
Expenses- $3.5k per month

  • food, transport, groceries: $3k/month
  • Mom allowance $400 ( Lie to them about my salary, they think i earn $4000 per month )
  • No car
Current investing plan: ( can advice more ? )
  • $10000 every month DCA into VWRA via IBKR
  • $1000/month into crypto;

Portfolio: Stocks and bonds:

  • $400k stocks
  • $100k SG reits and banks
  • $300k Roboadvisors
  • $200k bonds - tbill/ssb
  • $100k crypto
  • $300k cpf
  • $500k cash
Not enough la. No 10 million don’t bother to retire. I got 100 million in my bank still continue working.

I would get the biggest property i can afford with installment instead of pumping $10k every month into equities.
If had not done this like 10 years ago, it implies lot of things.
income then should be not too bad already. More than enough to get investment pty.

No lifestyle progression with rising/high income is another tell-tale indicator.
