additionally, mm2h require you to buy MY property. More cost will incur like car, etc, your 600k may not hold long when there is emergency.

Lets say, my 4room HDB rented out when I turn 55yrs old. My kids grown up.

Am I able to retire in Msia from 55yrs old, considering that I have 400k in my CPF, and about 200k cash?

Your wife will go with you? That maybe the bigger question.

I'll suggest you retire in Malaysia between 55-65. After 65, return to Singapore and ready to be treated for all kinds of illnesses...or sicknesses...

not easy to get long term visa in Msia actually

if wanna live long term in another country, it's super easy to get retirement visa in Thailand and Philippines.
Can consider those places, for ur case confirm no issue to get.

Technically you can't retire in msia unless you have mm2h visa, is stated in their rules that your out time must be longer than your in time in msia.

It's not for everyone. I strongly suggest you do some test and trial runs. Money wise definitely doable as long as you rent the 4room out. The problems are more from the issues from staying in Msia.
