The easiest is to test the ram, just run memtest.
If got onboard vga, try with onboard vga.
Next try replace the psu
Note :
When troubleshooting, make user only the bare minimum hardware is connected.
eg only keyboard, mouse, monitor.
All other stuff make sure it is removed eg add-on cards, usb storage.....etc
