Hi

I am looking for a new home computer. I used to built my own DIY computer. But nowadays my needs have changed due to :
- I don't longer play games
- I want something to save space
- I mainly surf internet, office program and email on my home computer

I am looking around for a AIO. The usual suspect are Dell, HP and Asus. Can anyone who has experienced in this, please receommend me one.

Thanks

You should get something with:
- Core i3-3xxxM
- 4GB RAM
- Intel IGP
- 500GB HDD

Just find all the models with those specs from your favorite brands and try them out: touchscreen, speaker, keyboard, mouse. And make your own analysis along with warranty length and price. :)

Thanks for the recommendation.

I did look at it but not need portablility.

I just need a desktop for home use for the family. I got tablet, ultraportable laptop etc.

For that price, I can get a really nice AIO

Most likely you will be spending on unneeded, sophisticated, luxurious features such as Blu-ray drive and Core i7 for that $1599 deal.

I strongly suggest you get this especially if you don't need the touchscreen function:

Thanks

is there a huge difference between Win 7 and Win8?

Yes, in a negative light for quite many since a lot of stuffs have been shifted around and Windows 8 can be really annoying for some. Maybe you should try a Windows 8 PC and decide. But you got to do it quick the deal's ending really soon.
