Can recommend me casing & cooler based on this build?

Temporary i am looking at this combo. But just need recommendation on cooler and case.

Liquid cooler aio cooler? cpu cooler?

I am also looking for casing that share same dimension as my current old case = CoolerMaster N400 w/Window - KWN2

I am looking at this new rig parts.

CPU+MOBO = 12700K or 12600K with either MSI PRO B660M-A WIFI D4 or MSI PRO Z690 WIFI D4
Ram = Corsair Veng LPX 3600MHZ CL18 (2x16G)
SSD = Samsung 970 Evo Plus M.2 NVME 1TB or 2TB
PSU = Seasonic Focus GX-850 850W 80+Gold
GPU = Either MSI RTX3070TI VENTUS 3X OC 8GB or RTX3060TI
Win 11

I will be looking to add a few color fan around the case to blow too.

Need recommendation on cooler and casing. Might add in sata 3 hdd too.

Trying to keep the budget below 3K but i figure i might shoot above since SLS shopping + assembly is expensive.

Most of newer cases the button and USB are at the top so at the front will have more air.
If you insist on power button at the front than reuse the old chassis.

i could only fit mini tower in it. My current rig is a mid tower though at 17 inch in height.

Don't see any issue especially with the power button on top. If the pc is place on the bottom and power button on top isn't that easier for you to press?
You have to consider the dimension of the shelf, if not you have to consider Matx setup.

Don't see any issue especially with the power button on top. If the pc is place on the bottom and power button on top isn't that easier for you to press?
You have to consider the dimension of the shelf, if not you have to consider Matx setup.

Yes the shelf with my current old case stand at 17 inch height but with little room on top. Other case is at least 20 or 21 inch for height.

It's just personal preference, AIO does not need refill or maintenance. It depends whether there's water distinguished, the leak rate is almost entirely dependent on the quality of the tubing.

Depend on your preference, aio water cooling usually have lifespan unlike air cooler.
When it gets noisy and temp shoots up than have to replace the unit.

Which air cooler is good for 12700?

If you don’t want to spend too much on a decent cooler, then I would recommend the ID-Cooling SE 226 XT that cost around 54 bucks on Shopee before any discount. I tried this cooler with 2x fans (I used my own fans) for a push pull config, and it was able to keep my 12700K reasonably cool under gaming load and looping Cinebench R23. But it might hit 80 degrees in the latter benchmark test, but that’s not a critical temp. So if you are using it with the 12700 or 12600K, I think the cooler should manage well enough.

Otherwise, you should consider Fuma 2 for air cooling, and Arctic Liquid Freezer II for AIO.
