Hi.. my s4 screen went blank suddenly.. its a display problem.. i still can sync my fone.. it still can be on just that the screen is black.. i would like to do a backup on my fone.. however i cannot press the debug and the sync on my fone. Can i sync my contacts from my fone without having the need to touch it?

erm.. if u can sync ur phone then i assume u can download samsung kies and backup ur contact from there

hmm.. i have the similar problem with my note 2. i just leave it off and dunno if it's linked, i left it in my room with aircon on. the next day, the display came back up. no harm trying #notTrolling
