Can you make payment on AXS this week?

I just made an m-AXS payment, I was able to approve the transaction in the bank app, but when I went back to the AXS screen, the transaction failed with the error. The money however got deducted from my bank account. Any idea whom I have to contact and how long it will take for the refund?

check with AXS.

Just paid my TC with CC on Mobile AXS, no problem.

The new AXS app is bad, cannot use "My Favourites" to choose payment parties, always kena re-set!

Still have the above mentioned problem with the App....

Also, I gotten acknowledgement/receipt for my payment to my Income tax from AXS, but IRAS website did not receive/reflect ......

IRAS takes 1 or 2 BUSINESS days to process payment

check it on Monday or Tuesday

I split and pay my income tax in blocks of slightly different values, so that I can track which transactions went through... in my case, all but one (all paid on the sameday) didn't get reflected in IRAS .....

Just in case some of you are wondering .....

Example I need to pay a bill of $100, instead of one payment of $100, or 2x$50, I will opt to do $25, $35, $40 .... so I know which got through, which did not ......

That's unlikely, but because AXS masked out the full NRIC number, I can only confirm the last 4 digits were correct .....

And because the "My Favourites" bug still exist, I had to retype my NRIC for every payment ....

I did do a test by purposely typing a "wrong" NRIC, it will prompt an error .....

in this case, you need check whether you input the same for all your transactions. Mistake does happen.

Also AXS may screw up, too or either AXS or IRAS processes one of your transactions late. The reconciliation happens much later

Ya, I intend to wait till Tuesday, then give them a call if necessary ......

I also had another payment that failed at the credit card side yesterday after OTP, which AXS flagged out, but unsure if the CC side also did not deduct .... also monitoring this particular case .....

If you pay via AXS it's almost instant, even on the weekends. Login and you can see it being reflected.

For me AXS to IRAS using credit card payment is almost instantaneous

An update for my missing AXS payment to IRAS ....

I had several phone calls made to and from with AXS and IRAS .... eventually IRAS was able to confirm that I paid to the wrong NRIC number .... and once I am able to pin point the time of transaction and provided my e-receipts from AXS to IRAS as proof, it took a few working days for my payment to be set right ....

As of today, the matter has been resolved ....

are u on a payment plan?

can u pay the installment via AXS if ur on payment plan instead of GIRO?
