U buy $221xpsf ah I would say $221xpsf not really a great deal, cos $226xpsf (extra $50psf) can buy One Bernam already closer to MRT than Landmark is.

This project will definitely be very iconic, so if you are buying to do house warming, confirm impress everyone. Next time when clubs reopen, you can do your predrinks at home, go down club, then come back wasted. Easy to invite girls over too.

If you are buying for capital appreciation, say if a 1BR is 441 sqft, at 3k psf, it will be $1.32 mil. What will your exit strategy be? Who do you think will buy the property over from you in the future? Even If theres a 200-300 psf increase in the future, how much can you profit? And if so, is it worth the risk?
